Canada falling short on foster care, with Dr. Marni Brownell (5.08 min)

According to information from the Centres of Excellence for Children’s Well-Being (CECW), there were 67,000 children in out-of-home care in Canada on one day in 2007, which translates into one of the highest rates of kids in foster care in the world. Dr. Marni Brownell addresses why this is the case, and what we should be doing about it.
