Welcome to EvidenceNetwork.ca

EvidenceNetwork.ca creates original media content on public policy topics for publication in the mainstream media and links journalists with policy experts to provide access to non-partisan, evidence-based information. This year, we have had more than 650 opeds published in all of the major daily broadsheets across the country and those articles have been reprinted more than 3700 times.

What we offer for researchers is the opportunity to send out their breaking research into the media in the form of oped pieces that are professionally edited and marketed by our managing editor. The service is free-of-charge to all researchers who are working on evidence-based policy. We also then work to ensure the information is shared widely on social media, ensuring knowledge transmission that promotes collaboration and community engagement.

Want to become one of our experts and have something you’d like to submit? Contact our director Shannon Sampert directly at [email protected].
