McDonald’s and GialloZafferano together for the new edition of Mcchicken Creation.
Just black holes and artificial intelligence: today we dedicate ourselves to the world of sandwiches. But not of any sandwiches, but of the new Mcchicken Creation, born from the collaboration between McDonald’s and Giallo Zafferano, the most loved food media branded by the Italians (and, a small note on the margin, part of the Mondadori group, just like us).
It is not the first time that a Mcchicken Creation was born: the collaboration between McDonald’s and GialloZafferano turns 6 and with 45 million sandwiches sold behind him offers two new variants of the classic Mcchicken.
Behind these creations there is much more than a simple sandwich. There is a long and passionate teamwork, in which the chefs of McDonald’s and the experts of GialloZafferano combine their skills to find the perfect balance of flavors: numerous attempts, tastings and adjustments are necessary to achieve the ideal harmony among the ingredients.
The result of this creative process are two sandwiches that celebrate Italian excellence: the delicious macchicken, a novelty of 2024, which combines crispy bacon, Italian artichokes and a artichoke sauce with Grana Padano Dop, and the return of tasty, available macchicken Also in Wrap version, with crunchy bacon, red hood cabbage and a DOP and pepper pecorino sauce.
These creations also represent McDonald’s commitment in supporting the Italian agri -food chain, using high quality ingredients such as the Italian chicken breast raised on the ground and without GMOs and the bread produced in Italy.
