Future Lab arrives: the professions that will change the world, a cycle of meetings on the world of work and the technology organized in collaboration with Step Futurability District.

How will we work in 2035? What skills will they need to face the professional challenges of the next decades? To answer these and other questions and explore the professions of tomorrow, Evidence Network organized together with Step “Future Lab: the professions that will change the world“, A cycle of free meetings that brings four extraordinary scientific populars to the Step stage (in Milan, in Piazza Adriano Olivetti).

The first protagonist will be Vincenzo Schettini Ready to reveal how innovation and artificial intelligence are redesigning our working future (18 March, 6.30 pm – Book).

To follow Virginia Benzi It will tell the incredible variety of roads that open after a degree in physics (April 29, 6.30pm).

Luca Perri It will project us into the future of the space professions, a in full expansion sector that seeks talents of all kinds (20 May, 6.30 pm).

To close the cycle Giacomo Moro Mauretto of “entropy for life” will guide us to discover the new “green” professions between technology and biodiversity protection (June 10, 6.30pm).

An exciting journey into four evenings to discover the future and how science, innovation and sustainability are creating professional opportunities that were unthinkable until yesterday.

The future is already here. The cycle of meetings is organized in collaboration with Step Futuraability Districtan experiential space to discover the future. Visitors explore an interactive and immersive path between artificial intelligence and augmented reality, dynamic and multimedia installations, discovering the potential of technologies such as Ai, IoT and 5G and their impacts in business, in school and in general in our life. The experience culminates with the generation of “futureability”, a personalized profile linked to the skills and propensity to the future of the visitor and suggests deepening materials and specific training courses.

Dr. Kyle Mueller is a Research Analyst at the Harris County Juvenile Probation Department in Houston, Texas. He earned his Ph.D. in Criminal Justice from Texas State University in 2019, where his dissertation was supervised by Dr. Scott Bowman. Dr. Mueller's research focuses on juvenile justice policies and evidence-based interventions aimed at reducing recidivism among youth offenders. His work has been instrumental in shaping data-driven strategies within the juvenile justice system, emphasizing rehabilitation and community engagement.
