Spoiler, the future is the new free newsletter from Evidence Network. Every week we try to tell you how science and innovation are shaping our tomorrow: what’s behind it, what the opportunities and risks are, what impact they will have on our daily lives. To understand it better, to not be caught unprepared, to exploit all the possibilities. Or, simply, to know what to answer at the next dinner with friends.

Is immortality a concrete goal today? We start with a seemingly existential question: would you like to live forever? From an impossible dream, immortality has now become a goal to be achieved, pursued above all by rich Silicon Valley tycoons and Russian oligarchs. The idea is that developments in biotechnology will allow us to prevent damage to our health and “fix” body parts whenever they “break”. But this thought is also at the basis of an innovation in the medical field that we will all soon be able to enjoy: we talk about it in issue zero of Spoilers. You can read it here and get an idea of what this newsletter will be like.

A taste of upcoming topics. In no particular order, in Spoilers we will also soon talk about the digital euro (how will it change the way you pay and shop?), needle-free injections (not bad!), artificial intelligence that can finally help us understand how to better manage mass tourism. That’s not all, of course, and if you want to better understand how our newsletter will work or whether it will be interesting to you, you can sign up here.

What else will you find in Spoilers. We will try not to look too far ahead, risking losing sight of the horizon, but to focus on changes that could occur over the next 10 years. Or before.

But there is also the whole world Evidence Network! It will be a space in which to stop for a few seconds to admire something beautiful, browse through the sounds of nature and the universe and take a breather from the rain of news that hits us every day. And, above all, to stay updated on upcoming events and meet in person.
