McDonald’s and GialloZafferano reinvent Mcchicken on the occasion of the fifth edition of Chicken Creation.

For the fifth time McDonald’s and GialloZafferano join forces and transform one of the most iconic sandwiches, Mcchicken, into a gourmet creation.

The red pesto Mcchicken and the Mediterranean Mcchicken are in fact the two new recipes inspired by the original Macchicken prepared with 100% Italian chicken breast and ingredients of excellence of Made in Italy, such as the Grana Padano DOP.

A special project that arrives from social media in all McDonald’s restaurants from 14 June to 29 August. In addition to reserving a certain taste for the palate, the project also has the advantage of making the use of Italian ingredients more evident that combine perfectly with the Italian chicken breast provided by Amadori and the bread produced in Italy by Bimbo.

The Mediterranean Mcchicken combines the mozzarella and tomato with the decisive taste of the sauce with Italian olives and capers; The red pesto Mcchicken, on the other hand, marries the delicate flavor of the chicken with crunchy bacon and red pesto sauce with dried tomatoes and Grana Padano DOP.

McDonald’s buy over 140 thousand tons of raw materials made in Italy every year. Today McDonald’s suppliers are 85% Italian companies.

Chicken Creation have been created four hands by chefs McDonald’s and the GialloZafferano brand who, once again, have worked on two recipes that enhance Italianness and bring a new experience of taste on the customer tray.

The new recipes were presented on June 13 with a special event – organized at McDonald’s Restaurant in Milan, passage Duomo – conducted by Willwoosh, YouTuber Guglielmo Scilla, and with the exclusive participation of the singer -songwriter and producer Mr Rain.
